Virginia Worker’s Freedom Act (2026)

• The state minimum wage will be twenty dollars an hour on July 1, 2026. Sixty percent of Republicans support this proposition! Any Virginian who works forty hours a week should be able to afford a two-bedroom apartment.

• Virginia Workers’ first amendment constitutional right to freedom of assembly and seek redress of grievances will be insured with the July 1, 2026,  repeal of the falsely named Right to Work restraint.

• Virginia state and municipal workers will receive impact and implementation bargaining rights on July 1, 2026. A right federal workers, many who are Virginian citizens, have had since 1978.

• All Virginians will receive full coverage for physical and mental health care on July 1, 2026, so they can leave a bad employer without fear of losing health care insurance.

• The pharaoh of the 21st century, the military-industrial complex of the Commonwealth, will pay for student debt relief for all Virginians on July 1, 2026, just as debt relief was granted in the Holy Bible, Deuteronomy 15: 1 - 3. This will relieve the debt on thousands who cannot afford a home, cannot not afford to start a family, or cannot pursue a career in their chosen field.
